
- 1 ½ cups full-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (about 40–50g total)
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg (optional)
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1–2 tbsp water or milk (optional, for consistency)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, protein powder, flaxseed, hemp seeds, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Add a splash of water or milk if the mixture is too thick.
- Fold in the blueberries.
- Divide evenly into two jars or bowls, cover, and refrigerate overnight (at least 6 hours).
- In the morning, stir before eating. Top with extra hemp seeds or a few fresh blueberries if you like.
