Overnight protein yogurt bowls are an easy make-ahead breakfast that packs protein, fiber, and healthy fats. This version combines Greek yogurt, seeds, and protein powder with blueberries for a balanced meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (about 40–50g total)
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg (optional)
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1–2 tbsp water or milk (optional, for consistency)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, protein powder, flaxseed, hemp seeds, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Add a splash of water or milk if the mixture is too thick.
  2. Fold in the blueberries.
  3. Divide evenly into two jars or bowls, cover, and refrigerate overnight (at least 6 hours).
  4. In the morning, stir before eating. Top with extra hemp seeds or a few fresh blueberries if you like.
