How does it work?
Each consultation in this unique program includes your personal team – a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist and an Exercise Physiologist. During our consultations, we will discuss your lifestyle, current diet (paleo, vegetarian, vegan, raw, plant based, or other), exercise routine, as well as your overall health concerns and goals. Together we will address any obstacles that have gotten in your way of success, but we’ll also provide the tools and design a program that is simple, do-able and realistic to your life.
- Initial 90-minute consultation with a Registered Dietitian: to design, personalize, and review your program.
- Initial 60-minute consultation with an Exercise Physiologist to discuss your exercise history including a review of any orthopedic & exercise limitations in relation to your overall health, life & fitness goals.
- Three, 60-minute interactive consultations with a Registered Dietitian & Exercise Physiologist to discuss goals, obstacles and solutions for successful results.
- Daily & weekly goals, menu suggestions, snack ideas, recipes, educational materials & customized weekly workouts based on your individual lifestyle, health goals, and schedule.

- Consultations can be accomplished in person, on the phone, via email or via Zoom.
- If you have current blood work from your physician, we will also review during the initial consultation.
