The Heal Your Heart Program is a comprehensive nutrition, exercise, and behavioral change program designed by Registered Dietitian Stacey Whittle and Exercise Physiologist Lisa Brisse (owner of State of the Heart Fitness), with the intention to provide education, accountability, and hands-on experience to help you to establish healthy, realistic, safe, and lasting lifestyle changes.
The Heal Your Heart Program is for you if you have:
- A History of Heart Disease
- High Blood Pressure
- High Cholesterol
- Pre Diabetes or Type II Diabetes
- Weight Concerns
The Heal Your Heart Program Includes:
- Initial 90-minute consultation with a Registered Dietitian to design, personalize, and review your program
- 90-minute fitness assessment and consultation with an Exercise Physiologist. (must be done in person)
- Three, 60-minute individualized nutrition follow up consultations based on your overall health goals and current blood work from your physician.
- Three, 60-minute individualized personal training and coaching sessions based on the results of your fitness assessment and overall health goals.
- Daily & weekly goals, menu suggestions, snack ideas, recipes, and educational materials based on your individual lifestyle and health goals.
